Nicolás Nogueroles, Secretario General de IPRA-CINDER, denuncia que las multinacionales informáticas tratan de que los sistemas legales se ajusten a sus productos.
Reconocimiento por sus más de 50 años de ejercicio de la profesión recibió el Presidente Comité Científico y fundador de la Corporación Chilena de Derecho Registral, Edmundo Rojas, Conservador de Bienes Raíces de Santiago.
Con las exposiciones finales y un positivo balance de los participantes, la tarde de hoy se dio cierre a la jornada de exposiciones del Congreso IPra CInder Chile.
Muy satisfecho con la calidad de los participantes y de la exposiciones que se dieron en este congreso, se manifestó Nicolás Nogueroles, Secretario General de IPRA-CINDER.
Satisfecho por la calidad y el enfoque de las ponencias, así como también de la organización del evento, se manifestó Eduardo Martínez, Vicesecretario de Ipra Cinder España.
Una interesante sesión plenaria de trabajo que abordó los temas principales de este evento se desarrolló durante la mañana de la segunda jornada de este congreso.
Exponiendo sobre el fraude inmobiliario y registro de propiedad la Registradora de la propiedad Nuria Raga calificó este congreso como altamente fructífero.

Spreading the registry organization of the countries participating in the conference. That is, structure the system in each country, registration ways, modernization experienced and its projections. In summary, the status of each register to the new challenges, specially those that pose the Information and Communications Technology.
Legal certainty and agility are pilars of the registry system. The Land Registry, as a public institution and independent which exercises control or qualification on the rights or business and, therefore, can help prevent or detect the real estate fraud.
